Cost: This event is Donation-Based. The recommended but not required donation is $15 for Members / $20 for non-members. You can pay online upon sign up or in person via cash or Venmo.

Age: 16+

Join Reiki Master, Christian McClellan, for a relaxing and healing sound bath experience in the main gallery of Redux Contemporary Art Center. Lay down and relax for this meditative practice that “bathes” you in calming sound waves using crystal singing bowls, and other instruments while surrounded by art in the main gallery. The sound is ethereal, vibrating through the entire body, and had been shown to lower your blood pressure and heart rate to put you in a deep state of relaxation. It can also be a powerful mindfulness practice for those seeking to know themselves more deeply.
 
Bring your own mat! You are also encouraged to bring whatever you might like to feel comfortable: a pillow, blanket, eye-mask, etc. 
 
We STRONGLY encourage participants to sign up here, but walk-ins are allowed.

REFUND POLICY

Classes/Workshops and Camps: Redux Contemporary Art Center may cancel any class with insufficient enrollment; students will be notified and given a full refund. If a student withdraws at least 48 hours before the class begins, they will be refunded their tuition minus an administrative fee. If a student withdraws within 48 hours before the class begins, no refunds will be given. Students are not enrolled until complete payment is received. Redux will not pro-rate or offer make-up days for student absences.
