Description:

Join milliner & sewist Julia Pagán, in a two part course in refreshing your favorite aunt Tillie’s vintage hat into something modish you’ll want to wear everyday.
 
Using steam, glue, hand-sewing, and notions both vintage & new, to zhuzh up a once-beautiful piece of history into a modern reflection of your wardrobe.
 
Bring a hat or more to deconstruct & don’t forget to bring any embellishments that you want to add. Materials provided-notions (ribbon, fabric, buttons, vintage findings, glue, steamer, iron, hand-sewing materials.

 

REFUND POLICY

Classes/Workshops and Camps: Redux Contemporary Art Center may cancel any class with insufficient enrollment; students will be notified and given a full refund. If a student withdraws at least 48 hours before the class begins, they will be refunded their tuition minus an administrative fee. If a student withdraws within 48 hours before the class begins, no refunds will be given. Students are not enrolled until complete payment is received. Redux will not pro-rate or offer make-up days for student absences.
